Theives

The company that run this rapid pay card charged my card fraudulently $35 for expedited services the company said they were paying since they inactivated my account without proper cause. This company as a whole is a scam. I have had nothing but issues with them and transactions on my account since I've got the card. I'm constantly dealing with weird activity with this bank account like unknown or double charges. I am constantly having to check my transactions behind them.

Can’t activate card

Customer service sucks majorly called 3+ people just for them to say the same thing for a whole week. And one worker hung up on me even called the bank who use this card they cant do anything Sarcastic

Frustrated

I just activated a new card. Credentials work once, I log out, I try to log back in, won't accept credentials. I've changed password 3 times!! Always works once. Last customer rep I called just hung up on me. I have text alerts. I spend 13.00, didn't get any text alerts!! What is going on?! This unacceptable.

My paycard haven't arrived

I called on Friday and the customer service representative said. my card would be here today which is Tuesday the 23rd . And I need my card to pay my bills and I also asked if they could switch my account to my bank account so I could pay my bills and the lady was very rude and speaking over me.

Customer service sucks/ the service overall IS TRASH

$282 was taken out of my account, another $95 was taken out and its BEEN ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE trying to get my money back! Customer service has me on hold for hours. All customer service do is sit on the phone and say why they cant help!! I really want my money back and Im about to file a report at the police station

Bad service

Horrible Customer Service

Cannot transfer my money from one rapid pay card to the other rapid pay card . Customer service pretends they cannot hear .

Poor service

Woke up went to get money from Allpoint atm at Walgreens only to find 800 dollars had been withdrawn already from someone 20 miles from where I live. Cannot figure how this happened card has been with me all the time, and how they get PIN number .

THESE GUYS ARE A JOKE

The card barely works, they are not consistent with their system, and overall this is a very poor grade bank. Im switching to my chime soon anyhow, if you use RAPID! card, switch to a different company. this one and the people who work for it are straight garbage.
