Absolutely hopeless customer service with no common sense. They put my birthdate down wrong, and I have had to send in multiple identification types for them to correct. Months later and I still am waiting. No amount of phone calls, emails, or online activation attempts helps. In the mean time, they co time nonprofit out of holding my money which is rightfully mine!

They stole from my account for 3 years and didn't send emails about transactions being made on my account they stole $113.85 from me without me knowing and they didn't send an email to notify me that there was still money on the account and they won't refund me the money I worked for. They were talking $4.95 on the first of each month and the end of the month too. I had $137.42 on there and they sent me a new card in the mail but no one sent me monthly bank statements for the account I have with them form 2021-**** they are still form the people that use there services.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Company reactivated my account and formally apologized for the inconvenience and frustration it has caused me.

Can’t get my son rapid card unlocked/ 6 days now

If there was 0 rate I would do it for this company rapid card. What a horrible company, customer service zero, every time I call its different story sometimes or just the same things oh we will unlock your card in 24hr and now its been 6 days.

- First I got that card from my sons(minor) employer i try to unlock the card so he can do his shopping he cannot cuz its lock:

Second: I called customer service, he said oh you have to send an email with proof of identity and wait 24/hr to get approved. I send the email like he said right away

Since then its been now 6 days every day i call its the same response oh we will unlock just wait.

That is so wrong for the company to hold my sons money that long

Suspected fraud

I have been getting the run around from customer service, I've called every day and get different information on how I need to verify my identity every time. They locked my card for suspected fraud and said to unlock I had to send documents.

Then, a week later find out they gave me the wrong email to send to and I had to send more documents. Then days later they said I had to take a picture of the documents instead of sending screenshots. I continue to comply, even though they never call me to tell me what's happening I have to call every time and speak to different people every time. Then they say it takes 24 to 48 hours to be verified.

It's been 2 weeks almost and I've had 3 payments from my company and still can't access my money! I have the app, no way to send the documents except by email, and there aren't any charges I don't recognize.

Very unreasonable amount of time they are taking to unlock my card, the customer service is terrible barely speaking English with roosters crowing in the background, no one knows what I need to do or how long it will be til I can access my funds. I sent my ID ,ss card, birth certificate, vehicle insurance info since 8 days ago.

5 days and I still can't access my money

They made a mistake when entering my birthdate. I sent documentation verifying correct birthdate and it's been 5 days and I still can't access my account. Ll their customer service is in India so getting someone I can actually understand is a joke. It's strike of a computer key to resolve this people it's not rocket science.

This pay card company holds your paychecks . I received my pay card 3 weeks ago got paid last week and this company has taken almost a full week to register my card and they currently have me waiting more days to activate it.Theyre agents dont help they are hard to understand and they dont help with getting there customers there paychecks on time . I would not recommend this pay card to anyone.

I have to call every week just to hear the same thing. I dont understand why its called rapid on demand if the wages are never there when they need to be! And every time you call they say its on the employer even when you clearly see your hours are updated but still have no wages available. I really hope my jobs goes with a different company soon because this is horrible !!!

Fraudulent Activity

I was scammed out of $802 off this rapid card from and I am so mad because I enjoyed receiving daily pay with my company, this company is stating they have 90 days to investigate but will give me a credit by March. 9, 2024.

After reading these reviews Im so discouraged I worked so hard for my money I filed a police report and was able to see the footage of the perpetrator who took my money.

If they surpass the 90 days I will file a law suit because that is too much money to lose in such hard economic times. aww yea I switch to another bank as of today, now the company has automatic announcement about adding chips to their prepaid cards guess theyre caught up in a lot of fraudulent activity pls dont give them a chance!!!

They took $40 freaking dollars off my card for a transfer fee , I needed that money for my damn electric bill. Instead of charging a dollar per every transfer when the transfer occured, they waited DAYS to do it and took it all on one day. That is absolutely ridiculous and you need a better system because that's *** people out of their money . Just make a transfer fee the day it is transferred. Also, I was explained to that there are no charges /fees for things like that. So I want my money back now ! I put my number but my phone's shut off so I can only be reached by email.
